Piracy of portable videogame software has cost the industry over $41 billion dollars in the last five years, according to a report released recently.
According to an investigation by the Computer Entertainment Suppliers Association (CESA) in Japan (as translated by Andriasang), piracy specific to Nintendo DS and Sony PSP handheld videogames between 2004 and 2009 accounted for the figure.
